Fourlane is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to support revenue growth through outbound sales, lead qualification, and consultative selling. The role is fully remote, with a base salary of $45,000-$55,000 plus commission and bonuses, with an OTE of $75,000-$90,000+.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, outbound prospecting, or sales development
- Proven success meeting sales quotas, KPIs, or deal-based targets
- Experience selling or supporting SaaS, financial software, accounting software, or professional services
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
