We are seeking a highly creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for creating visual content that communicates our brand, supports our marketing and sales initiatives, and helps nonprofits better understand the value of our tools. From website graphics and social media content to product illustrations and sales collateral, your designs will play a key role in enhancing our brand presence and supporting our mission.
Key Responsibilities:
Visual Content Creation
Design compelling visuals for digital and print including website graphics, email campaigns, social media posts, landing pages, one-pagers, and more
Develop visual content that supports educational materials such as blog illustrations, infographics, and product guides.
Translate complex software features and nonprofit concepts into clean, accessible graphics.
Brand Consistency
Ensure brand consistency across all visual assets by following established design guidelines.
Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product teams to maintain a unified visual identity across departments and campaigns.
Marketing & Campaign Support
Work closely with the marketing team to create visual assets for product launches, webinars, lead generation campaigns, and email marketing efforts.
Design visuals that help drive engagement, conversions, and brand recognition.
Product Graphics
Support the product marketing and customer success teams by creating software graphics, tutorial visuals, and presentation decks that showcase product features.
Assist in visual storytelling to highlight user benefits and software usability.
Design Project Management
Manage multiple design projects simultaneously and deliver high-quality assets on tight deadlines.
Receive and implement feedback from team members to ensure final designs meet objectives.
A Typical Day in the Role
While each day may vary, here are some examples of tasks you can expect to work on in this role:
Create branded graphics for an upcoming webinar, including presentation slides, promotional emails, and social media teasers.
Collaborate with the content team to design an infographic explaining how matching gifts work for educational institutions.
Update an existing product brochure to reflect recent feature updates and ensure alignment with updated brand elements.
Design a set of icons to visually differentiate features within our fundraising platform.
Join a meeting with the marketing team to brainstorm design strategies for an upcoming client education campaign.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Required Skills and Experience
Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in digital design, branding, and visual storytelling.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (especially Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign) or other equivalent professional design tools.
Excellent understanding of visual hierarchy, layout, typography, and user-centered design.
Ability to manage multiple design projects and meet deadlines consistently.
Preferred Skills
Experience designing for SaaS, tech, or nonprofit-focused companies.
Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and web design principles.
Familiarity with video editing and motion graphics tools is a plus.
Personal Attributes
High attention to detail and strong visual communication skills.
Open to feedback and able to revise work based on team input.
Creative thinker with the ability to turn abstract ideas into compelling visuals.

Benefits
Compensation
Starts from 130,000 PHP/month depending on experience, background, USD conversion rate, and hours.
Wages
Hourly compensation is in $USD
We offer a competitive salary reflecting experience and skills
Aside from the base salary, there will also be an additional company contribution to go towards health insurance and additional benefits that you buy on your own
Target 42.5 billable hours per week
Additionally, you accrue Life Leave which can optionally be cashed in each year adding to your earnings

Hiring Process
Our hiring process is intentionally tough and time-consuming because this is a competitive role with competitive compensation. Select candidates will be invited to complete a one-way video interview and an initial screening interview. Once you pass the initial screening, a number of online assessments testing your critical thinking and English skills will be sent. Select candidates will be invited to an hour-long Zoom interview with the President of the company.

Work Schedule
This role follows a consistent daily rhythm that aligns with US Eastern business hours while giving you time for rest, personal tasks, and balance throughout your day.
Here’s what a typical day looks like:
Start your day with a 4.5-hour work block: 9:30am–2:00pm (PHT)
Enjoy your afternoon free: 2:00pm–8:00pm (PHT)
Finish your workday with another 4.5-hour block: 8:00pm–12:30am (PHT)
Sleep/rest: 12:30am–9:30am(PHT)
This structure offers a long midday break while supporting strong collaboration with US-based teams during their business hours.
What Your Typical Day May Look Like
Note: All of these times would shift 1 hour later when the time difference switches to 13 hour differences from 12 hour differences

20 days accrued annually (equating to 8.0 hours of billable time per day).
