The Director will set the strategic direction for Business Intelligence across the organization, partner with leaders, and evolve BI processes and tools to ensure data-driven decisions drive long-term success.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics Engineering
- 4+ years of leadership experience managing and mentoring a team of Business Intelligence Analysts or Analytics Engineers
- Excellent leadership, project management, and communication skills
- Expert-level SQL and data modeling skills
- Experience with modern data warehousing and tooling (e.g., Snowflake and dbt)
- Experience with data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI
