Position Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and execute Sales Enablement solutions (onboarding, development, product launches) aligned with strategic initiatives.
- Create training curricula, including playbooks, certifications, and more, within specified time constraints.
- Establish and nurture relationships with Sales Leadership to translate feedback into clear and actionable insights.
- Conduct skills gap analysis to identify areas for improvement in current sales representatives' processes and mitigate future risks.
- Collaborate with cross-departmental units (marketing, product, billing, etc.) to ensure seamless execution of initiatives and programs.
- Create and maintain impact analysis for current and new programs with clear iteration processes.
- Monitor sales objectives and results related to live sessions, asynchronous learning modules, and workshop attendance.
- Coach sellers and managers on best practices, selling skills, and revenue growth strategies.
- Provide continuous learning initiatives, including sales processes and methodologies.
- Produce training with domain expertise, ensuring content simplifies complex concepts.
- Offer subject matter expertise to sellers through enablement sessions.
- Leverage enablement and sales tools to enhance development and accelerate productivity.
In your first 60 days, you will:
- Familiarize yourself with Formstack's business model, product, organizational structure, and sales collateral.
- Gain competency with sales enablement tools (Seismic, Lessonly, etc.) and content development processes.
- Dive deep into team objectives and individual responsibilities.
- Contribute significantly to content development for a net new training.
- Collaborate with sales leadership to understand gaps and prioritize programs for development and execution.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in Sales or Sales Enablement, preferably in B2B SaaS.
- Knowledge of modern sales methodologies, sales processes, and the customer journey.
- Sales enablement expertise, identifying and delivering information effectively to sales forces.
- Product mastery, understanding products as deeply as the sales teams you train.
- Process design skills, developing lightweight process improvements to tackle root problems.
- Clear communication skills, summarizing information for stakeholders, and defining training objectives.
- Self-starter mentality with a bias towards action and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Collaborative team player who thinks big, is hands-on, organized, and adept at problem-solving.
