We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Analyst to support our Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory receivables product delivery. This role demands a strong understanding of Ford Credit business processes and a comfort working in "white space" to analyze, define, and shape this innovative receivables and servicing product. You will play a critical role in analyzing the product vision, supporting the strategic direction, and contributing to the roadmap, ensuring it aligns with Ford Credit's broader transformation goals.
What you'll do...
- Support strategic product planning and development throughout the product lifecycle. This includes analyzing the vision and goals, aligning the strategy with business objectives, and providing data-driven recommendations for prioritizing the roadmap for the Receivables product, ensuring it aligns with Ford Credit's overall transformation and platform roadmap.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to identify, analyze, and document business requirements by providing data-driven insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to the product backlog of epics, features, and user stories through detailed analysis.
- Translate requirements into detailed specifications and user stories to enable configurations within the new vended platform and development within the Ford Credit integration layer.
- Ensure Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory rules and impacted areas are captured sufficiently for configurators to build the new system through detailed analysis and documentation.
- Ensure GIS standards, retention requirements, and other compliance rules are captured for each receivable area through thorough analysis.
- Ensure internal, state, and federal audit requirements are sufficiently captured through detailed documentation and analysis.
- Write clear and concise documentation, including Product Requirement Documents (PRDs), to ensure effective communication, alignment, and execution, ultimately leading to a more modern and efficient receivables platform.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Gather and incorporate input from a diverse range of stakeholders, including technical teams, privacy and legal experts, risk and compliance professionals, finance and accounting teams, vendors, and customers. This collaborative approach will inform the prioritization of features and capabilities.
- Track and report on success criteria, OKRs, KPI usage, and outcomes for products, providing performance insights against these metrics.
- Ensure a smooth launch of the Minimum Marketable Product capabilities and drive adoption across the organization, providing ongoing support and training as needed.
- Monitor product performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement enhancements to optimize efficiency and user experience through data analysis and recommendations.
You'll have...
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent years’ experience
- Strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and ability to operate in a white space environment generating insights to create and tell a story
- 3+ years’ experience with asset-based receivables and/or origination systems
- Financial services regulatory knowledge
- Excellent attention to detail, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to effectively work across all levels of the organization to achieve organizational objectives, including the ability to translate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to think strategically with a passion for innovation and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Ability to translate business needs into requirements and collaborate with engineering teams to deliver successful solutions
- Ability to influence, persuade, and be comfortable having difficult conversations
- Experience in all phases of the development life cycle and agile practices
- Effective and inclusive when working in teams with diverse backgrounds to execute on a shared vision

- Experience in developing and delivering product roadmaps for complex software platforms.
- Proven track record of successfully defining, developing, and launching new products.
- 2+ years of experience in product analysis, ideally within the financial services industry.
- Strong understanding of receivables or account servicing processes, ability to translate business requirements into technical configurations.
- Knowledge of multiple functional areas, including product ownership, User Experience (UX)/User Insights (UI), sales, customer service, finance, or marketing.
- Outcome-oriented, able to interpret data results and offer solutions.
- Work in an agile product team to deliver enhancements frequently using Test Driven Development (TDD), continuous integration, and continuous deployment (CI/CD).
- Configure process workflows for performance, reliability, and cost-effectiveness.
- Knowledge of Bankruptcy, SCRA, Fraud Risk, and Credit Monitoring business processes
- Project management tools like Atlassian JIRA/Rally
- SAFe Agilist certification
