Responsibilities
- Assisting in organizing online employee engagement initiatives.
- Supporting company internal communication processes.
- Supporting our onboarding processes.
- Helping maintain a positive company culture.
- Co-operating and supporting the People & Culture Team.
- Actively participating in People & Culture projects.
- Cooperating closely with other teams.
Requirements
- Fluent English and Polish.
- Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
- A collaborative and consultative approach, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
- Strong ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
- Passion for the video game industry.
