Responsibilities

  • Assisting in organizing online employee engagement initiatives.
  • Supporting company internal communication processes.
  • Supporting our onboarding processes.
  • Helping maintain a positive company culture.
  • Co-operating and supporting the People & Culture Team.
  • Actively participating in People & Culture projects.
  • Cooperating closely with other teams.

Requirements

  • Fluent English and Polish.
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles, practices, and procedures.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate and build relationships.
  • A collaborative and consultative approach, with the capacity to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
  • Strong ethical conduct and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and integrity.
  • Passion for the video game industry.
