Now we’re looking for Strategic Designers — the changemakers who lead our projects from the very beginning through launch, turning complexity into clarity and vision into reality.
Why this role matters
As Flying Bisons shifts further toward strategic design, the Strategic Designer role is becoming the backbone of our delivery model. Strategic Designers lead the entire flow — from initial offer, research, strategy, concept, and validation through UX/UI design and development support.
They are the frontline project owners: the people who protect the vision, navigate politics, structure complexity, and ensure projects land successfully in the real world.
You’ll be supervised by a Partner and supported by the Delivery Director — but the project’s success will be yours to own.
What you’ll do
Lead high-stakes projects end-to-end — from framing the challenge to launch readiness.
Structure complexity into actionable plans (using frameworks like the Project Pyramid).
Manage and align diverse stakeholders — C-level executives, ministries, enterprise teams.
Navigate politics: knowing when to negotiate, compromise, or stand firm.
Bridge business, design, and technology — speaking the language of each.
Guard the design vision against organizational chaos — ensuring it reaches users intact.
Collaborate with stream leaders, researchers, designers, and developers to deliver measurable impact.
Your KPIs: profitability of your project, client satisfaction (CSAT), and long-term partnership potential (MRR).
What we’re looking for
Solid background in UX and/or UI design (craft foundations are non-negotiable).
Experience with large-scale projects (enterprise platforms, government services, or complex corporate ecosystems).
Strong business literacy — ability to connect design decisions to strategy.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and storytelling skills.
Resilience and calmness under pressure.
Proficiency in English (C1/C2); additional languages are a plus.

Strategic Designer is a fast-track role with clear progression:
Strategic Designer → Senior Strategic Designer → Delivery Manager (leading multiple projects) → Delivery Director → VP Delivery → Associate Partner.
