Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support roles at a software company
- Excellent communication and writing skills
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear language
- Organized and detail-oriented with experience in a fast-paced startup environment
- Familiarity with support software like ticketing and CRM systems
- Bonus: Familiarity with electronics design, CAD or EDA tools, or experience supporting technical/developer audiences
