About the Project
Southern Health is expanding its staffing scheduling application, Andgo Auto Call-Out, to support more staff and facilities. We are seeking an experienced Systems Analyst to provide technical expertise and support in the successful delivery of this project.
Key Responsibilities
Support the expansion and integration of Andgo Auto Call-Out across additional staff groups and facilities.
Conduct systems and integration analysis, including developing integration specifications, data modeling, and migration planning.
Collaborate with stakeholders to analyze requirements and ensure smooth data conversion and mapping from central client registry systems to new healthcare systems.
Provide expertise in clinical information system implementations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and best practices.
Perform integration and data conversion analysis for diagnostic imaging systems (RIS/PACS) in accordance with HL7 standards.
Contribute to the implementation of Allscripts or Altera Suite products, focusing on integration, reporting, and data analysis.
Qualifications & Experience
Post-secondary degree in Computer Science, Software Development, Business Computing, or Management Information Systems.
Valid PRINCE2 Foundation or Practitioner certification.
10+ years of experience as a Systems or Integration Analyst, including data migration and modeling in project environments.
10+ years of experience implementing clinical information systems in healthcare environments.
5+ years of experience analyzing patient data conversion and mapping from central client registry systems.
2+ years of experience implementing an Initiate client registry system in healthcare.
3+ years of experience in integration and data conversion analysis for Radiology Information Systems (RIS) or PACS, with strong HL7 knowledge.
5+ years of experience implementing Allscripts or Altera Suite of products in healthcare, with expertise in integration and reporting analysis.
