About the Role

We're looking for a Community Marketing Specialist who knows how to create buzz and engagement within online communities. This is a short-term, execution-focused role designed for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments and has a proven knack for crafting compelling content that gets noticed and drives product feedback.

Key Responsibilities

• Find, write, and share engaging, product-related content across:
  

  • WhatsApp Groups

  • Sub-Reddit Channels

  • LinkedIn Profiles

• Perform daily outreach to at least 100 relevant community members
  

• Collect and consolidate all user/product feedback at end of day
  

• Track engagement metrics and identify high-performing content or platforms
  

  Requirements

• Proven experience managing community-driven marketing across Reddit, Twitter, LinkedIn, and WhatsApp
  

• Demonstrated ability to write engaging posts that spark discussion and generate feedback
  

• Ability to meet daily outreach targets and consistently track activity
  

• Should already be an active member of multiple WhatsApp groups relevant to startups, SaaS, or recruitment
  

• Should have a clear understanding of how Subreddits function, including post formats, community rules, and engagement dynamics
  

• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
