Mobile Developer- React

Overview

We’re looking for a Mobile Engineer passionate about creating high-quality, user-focused applications that connect people through performance, movement, and data especially within sports and wearable technology ecosystems.

Job Overview

You will design, build, and maintain React Native applications for both Android and iOS. You’ll develop tools and experiences that connect users through sports and activity platforms, integrating with wearables and real-time data systems to deliver seamless tracking, analytics, and engagement.

You’ll collaborate closely with backend developers, product managers, and designers to turn complex data and operational flows into intuitive, reliable mobile experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain cross-platform mobile applications using React Native.

• Integrate with RESTful APIs and wearable data sources to ensure real-time data accuracy and reliability.

• Collaborate with product, design, and backend teams to deliver features that improve engagement and performance insights.

• Optimize app performance, stability, and security across multiple devices and network conditions.

• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues with attention to quality and user impact.

• Participate in code reviews and contribute to maintaining clean, modular, and efficient codebases.

• Support deployment and release management processes for mobile applications.

• Stay up to date with React Native advancements and best practices in mobile development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in mobile application development using React Native.

• Proven experience building and shipping production-grade apps for both Android and iOS.

• Solid understanding of mobile UI/UX design principles and responsive layouts.

• Experience working with RESTful APIs and backend integrations.

• Familiarity with AWS services or cloud-based mobile backends.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent collaboration and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience developing or integrating sports and wearable applications (e.g., Apple Health, Google Fit, Garmin, Fitbit).

• Knowledge of real-time data streaming, Bluetooth integrations, or sensor-based communication.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and app store deployment processes.

• Understanding of Agile development methodologies.
