Applying a technical background/specialized technology domain knowledge and people management skills, manages people and/or drives project management resource priorities to ensure that the team is adequately prepared to lead scope, analysis and planning activities for their respective projects, while aligning project priorities to business group and/or corporate imperatives.
Manages complex projects and/or programs or manages teams that execute projects and/or programs that are directly tied to the development, implementation, or upgrade of technology solutions/services.
Handles escalations, resolves issues, and takes corrective actions if required. Coordinates with multiple stakeholders to make communication easy and transparent regarding project/program issues and decisions and ensure progress.
Leads review with executives and department leads for largescale programs, providing transparency into the health, risk, and financials of individual projects.
Discusses program level milestones, prioritize deliverables, as needed, to meet strategic needs.
Advises and mentors the project/program management teams, providing guidance and coaching on best practices, cultivating project/program management Center of Excellence (CoE) or Community of Practice (CoP).
Exhibits technical knowledge and expertise to support advancement of new processes within Technology domain.
Responsible for enabling teams to execute through clear goal setting, facilitating work, maintaining accountability, applying differentiated performance management, and driving team results.
Drives results by inspiring people, role modeling Intel values, developing the capabilities of others, and ensuring a productive work environment.
Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or similar field with 10 years or Masters Degree with 8 years of experience
8+ years managing technical programs building and releasing large-scale distributed Cloud services.
8+ years leading Agile PLC (Scrum, Scrum of Scrums) with demonstrated ability to achieve consistent sprint velocity and definition of done.
Demonstrated ability to help teams commit to a set of tasks and timely delivery of the commitments.
Strong written and verbal skills, comfortable presenting to large and small groups including senior Executives (e.g. Vice President) and Tech Leaders (Sr. PE., PE)
Ability to influence others including senior management.
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP Certification, Certification for Scaled Agile For Enterprise (SAFe) Certification for Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) .
