Requirements
- 12-15 years of strong experience with a successful sales performance & client engagement in the financial services software solutions industry.
- Min 10 years understanding of the new technologies and banking trends emerging in the financial technology industry.
- Min 5 years of cards processing (issuing and acquiring), retail banking and digital solutions experience needed.
- Prior experience leading key banking relationships in Philippines is a must.
- Ability to connect with senior management to discuss issues and provide solutions to their needs both at a high level and across the banks' staff.
- Patient and mature personality as there are often long sales cycles with sophisticated negotiations involved.
- Outstanding skill in sales and negotiating techniques.
- Ability to convey a return on investment value solution from a business and technical perspective.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent human relations skills, including written and verbal communications.
