About the Role
We areseekinga detail-oriented and proactiveAccounting Analystto support day-to-day accounting operations. This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is looking to gain hands-on experience across expense management, vendor operations, and the month-end close process.You’lljoina collaborative and growing accounting teamthat values clear communication, continuous improvement, and a willingness to learn.
KeyResponsibilities
- Manage corporate card and expense processes, including reviewing transactions, and ensuringaccuratecoding, documentation, and policy compliance
- Monitor shared accounting inboxes and serve as a primary point of contact for employee, vendor, and customer inquiries, ensuringtimelyandaccurateresolution of high-volume requests related to expenses, payments, and billing
- Enter vendor invoices, support payment runs, andmaintainvendor recordaccuracy(including W-9 collection and documentation)
- Record and code routine transactions in the general ledger and flag discrepancies
- Assistwith month-end close, including preparingreconciliations andmaintainingorganized supporting documentation
- Support the accuracy of sales and use tax software bymaintainingcurrentcustomer tax exemption certificates
- Prepareand distributemonthlyactivityreports (e.g., expenseby vendorand corporate cardsummaries)
- Support audit requests, data clean-up, and process improvementinitiatives
- Ad-hoctasks and projectsas needed
KeyQualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (preferred) or equivalent experience
- 1–2 years of experience; internships or administrative/accountingsupportexperience welcome
- Strongverbal and writtencommunication skills
- Strongattention to detail, strong organizationskills, and reliable
- Ability to manage high-volume work and shifting priorities
- Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new systems and tools
- Understanding of general ledger concepts (debits, credits, reconciliations)preferred
- Exposure toERP or expense management systems (e.g.NetSuite, Navan, Ramp)preferred but notrequired
- Mustbe located inthe U.S.; preference for candidates able to work on Eastern Time
