Requirements
- Develop clean, maintainable, and efficient full-stack applications using Java within a Java Framework (J2EE, Spring) and Angular.
- Collaborate with product managers, team members, and other engineering teams to solve our highly complex problems.
- Participate in peer reviews of solution designs and related code.
- Create unit and integration tests as part of the CI pipeline.
- Provide accurate estimates and manage individual priorities, deadlines, and deliveries.
- Participate in production support rotation and respond to application outages as part of a regular team on-call rotation.
- Consistently share best practices and improve processes within and across teams.
- Coach and mentor other team members and facilitate information sharing among them.
