Requirements
- Administration and development of the cloud infrastructure based on AWS
- Management and monitoring of AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Route53, ELB, Lambda, and IAM
- Operation, maintenance, and optimization of Windows, Linux, and hybrid system landscapes
- Support in 1st- and 2nd-level support for internal users
- Setup and management of user accounts, roles, and permissions (Active Directory / Entra ID / IAM)
- Monitoring of network components, VPNs, firewalls, and security policies
- Planning and implementation of backup, recovery, and disaster recovery concepts
- Support for infrastructure projects as well as automation with Terraform and Docker
- Monitoring of systems to ensure performance, stability, and availability
- Creation and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge databases
- Participation in IT security, compliance, and cloud optimization measures
