Malta onlyWe are looking for a TechOps Specialist who will be the primary owner of our internal IT security and operational integrity. You will be responsible for enforcing IT policies, managing all technology assets, and streamlining critical access management processes for our growing global workforce.
Responsibilities
- Execute and streamline onboarding and offboarding for all employees and contractors in collaboration with HR
- Manage IT equipment inventory, deployment, retrieval, and lifecycle tracking
- Design, implement, and maintain automation for TechOps processes
- Enforce IT policies, security standards, and compliance requirements
- Troubleshoot operational issues and coordinate with internal teams
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting
Requirements
- Proven experience in TechOps, IT Operations, or similar role
- Hands-on experience with onboarding/offboarding processes
- Strong knowledge of automation tools and workflow optimization
- Experience managing IT assets and equipment systems
- Solid understanding of IT policy compliance and security protocols
- Experience with identity and access management systems
- Experience with remote workforce support environments
- Identity & Access Management: SSO, SAML, OAuth
- Google Workspace Admin: User lifecycle, groups, security, device management.
- AI & Productivity: Comfortable using AI tools to automate and document processes.
- SaaS Management: Tool consolidation, license management, app integrations.
