Junior Account Manager (BPO & HR) - Prepaid Health - WFH - Indefinite Contract

We are searching for a skilled Account Manager whose main responsibility will be managing the day-to-day operations of our US-based clients in coordination with our internal teams.

This role reports to management teams in Australia, the Philippines, and Colombia. You must possess outstanding verbal and written English ability.

Ideally, you will have the following experience and qualifications:

• Experience in a client-facing role within a BPO, Advertising Agency, Staffing, or similar organization.
• Experience in a customer service role.
• Experience and desire to work within an ultra-fast-paced environment.
• Experience working daily with multiple international clients at one time.
• Advanced English level - C1.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills
• Exceptional ability to build rapport and trust quickly with clients.
• High attention to detail.
• Natural problem solver.
• A natural inclination to move quickly and make things happen.
• A natural leader who can take charge and lead with confidence.
• Strong time management and multi-tasking skills.
• A high-level understanding of HR/labor laws and how they affect international organizations hiring LATAM-based talent is highly desirable.
