About You:

As a QA Engineer (3–5 years experience) at Fello, you will play a critical role in ensuring quality across our AI-powered real estate platform. This isn’t about testing generic web applications—it’s about validating experiences where AI is deeply integrated into workflows, from conversational systems to intelligent automation. You’ll collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to make sure our features are accurate, reliable, intuitive, and safe for real-world use. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on independence, detail orientation, and driving a quality-first culture in an AI-first environment.

This is a remote role, offering flexibility to work from anywhere in India.

You Will:

• Own quality across Fello’s AI-first real estate platform, covering both functionality and user experience.
• Design, execute, and maintain manual and automated test plans across diverse workflows.
• Perform functional, regression, and exploratory testing for fast-moving product releases.
• Validate AI-powered conversational flows, chat experiences, and generative outputs to ensure accuracy, reliability, and safe interactions.
• Evaluate LLM-driven responses for correctness, consistency, edge cases, and bias—ensuring fair, user-friendly outcomes.
• Test AI-powered workflows and automation tools that integrate deeply into agent and team productivity.
• Collaborate with developers and product managers to debug and ship confidently.
• Contribute to test automation frameworks and drive QA best practices.
• Champion a quality-first mindset within a rapidly scaling startup.

You Have:

• 3–5 years of QA experience with cloud-native or AI-powered applications.
• Familiarity with API testing (Postman, REST Assured, or similar).
• Direct experience testing AI-driven systems such as chatbots, conversational AI, or generative outputs.
• Understanding of AI evaluation and validation for accuracy, reliability, and bias.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, especially when handling unpredictable or dynamic AI workflows.
• A self-driven, proactive, and ownership-first mindset to thrive in a startup environment.
