Strategic Finance Manager

Félix is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to perform financial analysis and strategic modeling that continues to guide our growth in the remittances business and expand into lending. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role that reports directly to the Head of Finance.

Requirements

• 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a strategic finance role at a fintech or financial services company
• Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models from scratch.
• Experience with SQL / BI tools strongly preferred
• Track record of delivering analysis that directly influenced major business or investment decisions
• Excellent communication skills. Ability to synthesize complex models into clear executive narratives, both written and verbal
• Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment, while also thriving in a close working relationship with senior leadership
• Experience hiring or mentoring junior analysts is a plus
• Bilingual in Spanish (nice to have) and English (required); strong written English skills needed for investor and board materials
