MX and US onlyFélix is seeking a Strategic Finance Manager to perform financial analysis and strategic modeling to guide growth in remittances business and expand into lending.
Requirements
- 5–10 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or a strategic finance role at a fintech or financial services company
- Demonstrated ability to build complex financial models from scratch
- Experience with SQL / BI tools strongly preferred
- Track record of delivering analysis that directly influenced major business or investment decisions
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable operating with a high degree of autonomy in a fast-moving environment
- Experience hiring or mentoring junior analysts is a plus
- Bilingual in Spanish (nice to have) and English (required); strong written English skills needed for investor and board materials
