Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Data Engineering roles, specifically building, maintaining, and scaling data architectures in production environments.
- Expert-level proficiency in Python, SQL, and dbt.
- Proven experience in designing robust data models specifically for financial or transactional products.
- Previous experience working with Credit, Loans, or Ledger systems is highly valued.
- A track record of taking ownership of complex projects from inception to deployment with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in leveraging AI tools to accelerate development, automate monitoring, and improve code quality.
- Exceptional cross-functional communication skills; ability to explain technical trade-offs to business leads.
- Advanced English level.
