Fraud Investigations Specialist

Félix is building the financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. and we are looking for a Fraud Investigations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Fraud Investigations unit, you will be responsible for translating complex fraud signals into actionable data insights. You will work with little guidance, owning the technical support for ad-hoc investigations and building the queries that expose emerging threats before they impact our customers or our business.

Requirements

• High proficiency in SQL
• Proven experience in fraud pattern identification, preferably within Fintech, Payments, or Remittances
• Ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable language for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Self-starter mindset
• Strong ability to connect the dots between disparate data points to uncover sophisticated fraud rings or vulnerabilities
