Data Scientist - Forecasting & Optimization

Félix is a hyper-growth Series B company building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. We're seeking a Data Scientist with a strong analytical foundation and business mindset to tackle high-impact problems across operations, pricing, and growth.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Data Science role
• Degree in Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related quantitative field
• Strong SQL skills and experience working with large-scale datasets
• Solid foundation in forecasting, statistics, and data modeling
• Experience applying data to marketing or growth use cases (segmentation, experimentation, campaign optimization)
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to connect data insights to business impact
• Excellent communication skills in English
