We’re looking for a seasoned Product Manager to join the Felix product team. Reporting to the Chief Product Officer, you’ll be responsible for how patients discover Felix, decide to trust us, and get started. The role is focused on acquisition and activation, with a particular emphasis on our Weight Loss category—a major growth driver for the business.
Requirements
- Own the acquisition and activation funnel end-to-end (first touch → onboarding → first treatment)
- Partner with Growth and Marketing to shape landing pages, messaging, and campaign flows that convert
- Identify and remove friction wherever it exists—UX, pricing, trust, speed, or otherwise
- Ship quickly, test aggressively, and iterate based on real data (not opinions)
- Go deep on the Weight Loss category—what patients want, what holds them back, and what gets them to act
- Capitalize on major shifts in the Weight Loss space (e.g. launch of generics) to unlock growth
- Drive a holistic view of the Weight Loss business
- Think beyond your immediate scope
- Work closely with CX, clinical, and pharmacy teams to ensure the front-door promise matches the care experience
- Define and own the metrics that matter (conversion, activation, time-to-treatment) and be accountable for moving them.
- Actively use AI to move faster and build better—whether that’s prototyping, analysis, or building tooling.
