Partnerships Operations Specialist

Félix is building a financial ecosystem for Latin immigrants in the U.S. and is looking for a Partnerships Operations Specialist to streamline onboarding and end-to-end execution of partners. This role involves ensuring new alliances launch successfully and scale efficiently, improving internal processes, documentation, and coordination workflows, and driving visibility into partner readiness and operational blockers. The ideal candidate is highly organized, execution-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple parallel projects in a fast-paced startup environment.

Requirements

• 100% fluent in both English and Spanish
• Proven track record in project coordination and operational execution
• Strong ability to align and drive execution across diverse internal teams
• Exceptional organization and prioritization skills
• Ability to integrate AI tools and automation into daily operations
• High comfort level with ambiguity and a fast-paced environment
• Elite written and verbal communication skills
• Prior exposure to Fintech, cross-border payments, or operational environments
