The Team
The Finance Team is integral to Federato's mission, ensuring the financial health and sustainable growth necessary to support Federato’s long-term mission. In addition to overseeing the nuts and bolts of core finance and business operations, our team drives strategic initiatives to accelerate growth and operating efficiency. This team combines financial expertise with a forward-thinking vision, empowering Federato to capture market leadership.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Operational Efficiency and Process Improvement:
- Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies in business processes across departments.
- Designing and implementing solutions to optimize workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational health.
- Leveraging AI to drive operational efficiency. Spearhead internal AI Task Force which seeks to enforce Federato’s AI Policy and drive operating leverage through the use of AI.
- Business Intelligence and Analytics:
- Developing and maintaining dashboards and reports for key business metrics.
- Providing actionable insights from data to inform strategic and operational decisions.
- Supporting data governance and ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
- Cross-Functional Project Management:
- Leading or supporting key cross-functional projects aimed at improving business performance.
- Coordinating efforts between different departments to achieve strategic objectives.
- Financial Modeling and Analysis Support:
- Collaborating with VP Finance on financial models related to new business initiatives, product launches, or market expansions.
- Conducting ad-hoc financial analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Who We Hope You Are:
- 3-5 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, management consulting, or venture capital
- 1+ years of relevant startup experience, ideally in product management, business operations, finance, or related role
- Bonus Points for: MBA preferred but not required
$170,000 - $210,000 a year
Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate location, experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above. Total compensation package does include stock options, benefits and additional perks.
