Our work is centered on our proprietary induced pluripotent stem cell (iPSC) product platform. This groundbreaking technology enables us to create genetically engineered, clonal master iPSC lines with preferred biological properties. Think of these as a renewable source for manufacturing, allowing us to repeatedly and cost-effectively produce cell therapy products that can be delivered 'off-the-shelf' to a great number of patients. We are advancing a portfolio of off-the-shelf, multiplexed-engineered T-cell and natural killer (NK) cell product candidates. These are not just standard cells; they are selectively designed with novel synthetic controls of cell function, intended to deliver multiple therapeutic mechanisms to patients.
