THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a (Sr) Associate- retail experience to support retail operations through optimization of processes while adherence to drive our customer retention and new customer acquisition initiatives. You will play a key role on the Retail Experience team, with full ownership over retail experience market expansion, and will collaborate with multiple departments within FanDuel including, but not limited to Design & Construction, Legal, Brand, Commercial, and Regional Operations. This is an exciting opportunity to help elevate revenue driving experiential initiatives at a premier gaming company.

THE GAME PLAN

  • Work cross functionally to ensure we are operating and standardizing operational processes and procedures resulting in improved efficiencies, effective support and exceptional client experience.
  • Work with Regionals, D&C, branding, marketing and commercial to support ongoing projects and initiatives.
  • Work with internal stakeholders to identify and resolve any issues that impact Retail Experience and implement solutions.
  • KPI reporting and ad hoc business review support.
  • Facilitate solutions through managing various projects and meeting project deadlines focusing on multi-channel retail experience.
  • Provide regular reports and presentations to leadership.
  • Curate and spearhead new and innovative initiatives
  • Work with various vendors and stakeholders to review/draft contracts and ensure compliance to legal stipulated terms.
  • Ensure cost-effectiveness and ROI in all activities.

  • 4-6 years of experience
  • Prior experience in retail operations
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and project management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills (PowerPoint, Canva)

The applicable salary range for this position is $72,000 - $99,000 USD, which is dependent on a variety of factors including relevant experience, location, business needs and market demand. This role may offer the following benefits: medical, vision, and dental insurance; life insurance; disability insurance; a 401(k) matching program; among other employee benefits. This role may also be eligible for short-term or long-term incentive compensation, including, but not limited to, cash bonuses and stock program participation. This role includes paid personal time off and 14 paid company holidays. FanDuel offers paid sick time in accordance with all applicable state and federal laws
