F6 Ventures is a seed-stage venture capital firm that provides capital, hands-on support, and a strong network to enable visionary founders from the Middle East and Africa. The firm was established in 2025 as part of F6 Group, the newly formed umbrella integrating venture capital and entrepreneurial support under one platform, purpose-built to serve startups across emerging markets.

F6 Ventures is co-founded by Dina el-Shenoufy and Ramez El-Serafy, who bring decades of combined experience in venture capital and entrepreneurship. With over $90 million in assets under management across six funds, the firm aims to bridge the critical funding gap at the pre-seed and seed stages in the MEA region. Headquartered in Cairo, Egypt, F6 Ventures operates with additional offices in Riyadh, Abu Dhabi, Amman, Tunis, and Nairobi, positioning it to support startups across the Middle East and Africa. The firm plans to raise its assets under management to $200 million and invest in more than 200 companies over the next five years. F6 Ventures operates alongside Flat6Labs, continuing to offer acceleration programs, mentorship, and ecosystem development across emerging markets.
