Your Role & Responsibilities
- Lead QA planning and execution for PLM data migrations (Teamcenter, Agile PLM, Windchill, etc.)
- Design and implement data validation and integrity testing strategies
- Develop and maintain automated ETL/QA scripts and frameworks
- Collaborate with data engineers, PLM architects, and business analysts
- Identify, track, and resolve data defects and anomalies
- Oversee UAT and ensure all migrated data meets acceptance criteria
- Mentor and guide QA engineers to refine quality standards
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 10+ years in QA leadership, specializing in PLM data migrations
- Deep understanding of PLM platforms (Teamcenter, Agile PLM, Windchill)
- Strong expertise in ETL, data mapping, transformation logic
- Proficiency with automation tools (Python, SQL, Perl, Java, etc.)
- Excellent communication skills with technical and non‑technical stakeholders
- Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and leadership capabilities
Bonus Points If You Have
- Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based PLM migrations
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and QA automation tools
- Exposure to Agile/Scrum project environments
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications (ISTQB, PLM vendor certifications) are a plus
