Are you a seasoned Project Manager with deep expertise in portfolio oversight and SharePoint implementation? Trissential is seeking a seasoned Project Manager to join our client’s team in the medical industry. You’ll lead strategic portfolio initiatives and standardize SharePoint environments across the enterprise. Your Role & Responsibilities
- Oversee standardization, governance, and user adoption of SharePoint tools and architecture
- Manage portfolio-level planning and execution of large-scale, cross-departmental initiatives
- Lead scope definition, planning, budgeting, scheduling, and risk mitigation for strategic projects
- Collaborate with clinical and business leaders to ensure solutions align with operational goals
- Monitor KPIs and success metrics, delivering insights and progress updates to executive leadership
- Guide portfolio prioritization, intake processes, and governance forums
- Drive change management and support training initiatives for SharePoint users
Skills & Experience You Should Possess
- 8+ years of experience in project or portfolio management, with a strong focus on digital platforms like SharePoint
- Proven success leading SharePoint standardization and enterprise governance efforts
- Strong knowledge of MS Project, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, or Azure DevOps
- Ability to manage stakeholder relationships across clinical, IT, and executive teams
- Clear, concise communication skills, with experience reporting at the portfolio level
- PMP or PgMP certification preferred
Bonus Points If You Have
- Background working in healthcare or life sciences organizations
- Experience implementing PMO processes in regulated environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Power Automate, or PowerApps integrations
Education & Certifications You Need
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, IT, or related field
- PMP, PgMP, or Portfolio Management certification (preferred)
