ICFR Controls Testing Manager

The ICFR Controls Testing Manager will drive the testing methodology, including risk assessment, planning, and execution of assurance activity over critical financial control across the Experian global business. The Manager will develop and/or execute control testing plans, communicate and monitor gaps in controls, and manage a team of controls testing leads and/or analysts.

Requirements

• Professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent)
• 7 years+ experience in an audit and accounting firm
• Strong Excel skills
• An understanding of IT systems and operation
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• The ability to work independently and proactively
• Ability to develop trusting and credible relationships at all levels of the business and across various teams
