The Insurance Operation is a team dedicated to supporting Experian’s digital-first insurance agency reinventing the broker model through technology, data, and human advisors. We are on a mission to make the process of finding the best auto and home insurance easy, straightforward, and transparent. Job Description

What you'll be doing

• Plan, schedule and execute monthly meetings with carriers.
• Manage strategic annual plans to meet agency goals.
• Optimize carrier opportunity for new business sales.
• Report out monthly carrier performance via scorecard.
• Ensure training and carrier matrix always using the latest and most accurate information.

Qualifications

What your background looks like

• Required – 3+ years of experience in carrier management or agency carrier relationship management.
• Preferred – Insurance Carrier experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively present material appropriate to the level of the audience.
• Experience working in fast-paced environment with ability to manage multiple projects, appropriately prioritize workload, plan for resources to meet deadlines and goals, and respond to day-to-day functional needs.
• An appreciation for a transparent, open and honest work environment
