- Excellent English proficiency (C1 level or above)—both written and spoken—to communicate clearly and professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to craft concise, professional messages.

- Strong organizational, time management, and project coordination skills.
- Ability to make quick, informed decisions, prioritize competing demands, and operate independently in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose solutions.
- Proactive mindset: takes initiative, owns projects from start to finish, and drives results without constant oversight.
- Ability to collaborate across teams and build relationships while maintaining a strategic focus on executive priorities.
- Comfortable performing executive-level tasks in a fully remote setup and able to work night shift schedules as needed.
- Willingness and ability to use Insightful on the company-provided device to monitor work roadblocks, improve productivity, and optimize performance.
- Please record a 2–5 minute Loom video introducing yourself (including your name, background, EA goals, and hobbies) and submit the video link directly in the application question on BambooHR.
