As our Freight Data Validator, you'll use our groundbreaking tech to handle more customers, meet greater challenges, and stretch your capabilities - all with a fraction of the effort.

Job Description

• Document Preparation: Accurately prepare and file import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading and shipping instructions.
• Data Entry: Enter shipment details into logistics management systems, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Shipment Tracking: Monitor and update the status of shipments based on documentation and system entries.
• Basic Customs Documentation: Assist in preparing and submitting basic customs documents for compliance.
• Document Distribution: Coordinate the distribution of shipping documents to carriers, customs, and clients.

Qualifications

• Experience working in freight forwarding, shipping line, or brokerage firms, either locally or internationally
• Familiar with shipping documents (BOLs, AWBs, PKLs, invoices, etc.)
• Detail-oriented with experience in data entry and data validation tasks
• Comfortable with modern software, technology, and computer systems
• Familiarity with Transport Management Systems (TMS), especially Cargowise or Magaya
• Graduate of Customs Administration or similar degree program
• Licensed customs broker
• Ability to effectively communicate ideas clearly and concisely in English, both in speaking and writing (C1)
• Client management experience is a plus
