Who We’re Looking For

We’re searching for a driven, high-impact Account Executive to join our growing sales and business development team. You’ll play a pivotal role in helping logistics companies around the world streamline their operations by bringing in Expedock’s world-class offshore talent and AI solutions.

What You’ll Do

  • Meet qualified leads and own pitching to closing.
  • Build strong relationships with logistics companies and clearly communicate the value of Expedock’s fully managed staffing solutions.
  • Understand customer pain points and tailor solutions that address their operational needs.
  • Partner closely with Operations to ensure a smooth handoff and successful onboarding.
  • Continuously refine and improve your pitch and presentation to maximize close rates.
  • Drive part of your own pipeline through outbound and networking efforts.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Proven ability to adapt conversations based on customer needs.
  • Strong written communication and handoff skills from BD to Ops.
  • Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative insights across multiple deals.
  • High discipline in CRM data capture, note-taking, and pipeline management.
  • Previous experience in a fast-paced Seed to Series C startup as an AE, BD, or Sales role.
