Who We Need

We’re looking for a skilled Unreal Engine engineer to build high-fidelity real-time graphics for environments and/or characters. This role focuses on pushing visual quality through advanced rendering, materials, lighting, shaders, and performance optimization, working closely with artists and designers to translate creative vision into polished, playable experiences.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and optimize high-end environments and character visuals in Unreal Engine
• Implement advanced materials, shaders, lighting, and rendering techniques
• Collaborate with art, animation, and design teams to achieve cinematic visual quality
• Profile and optimize performance across target platforms
• Support tools and pipelines for scalable, real-time content production

Nice to Have

• Experience with AI-assisted workflows (procedural generation, ML-driven tools, or AI-enhanced pipelines)
• Background in cinematic, AAA, or real-time high-fidelity production
