EXP is seeking an AI Solutions Developer to design, develop, and deploy AI-powered applications and copilots within the Microsoft ecosystem. The role requires hands-on experience with Power Platform tools, Azure AI/ML services, and managing the full product lifecycle from concept to adoption. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to drive AI adoption.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of professional experience in solution development within the Microsoft ecosystem.
  • Hands-on expertise with Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataverse).
  • Significant experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure AI/ML services (Azure Cognitive Services, Azure OpenAI Service, Azure Machine Learning).
  • Strong understanding of data integration with Microsoft 365 and enterprise systems.
  • Proven ability to manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle, including requirements gathering, stakeholder engagement, sprints, and rollout.
