- Manage and support F5 BIG‑IP platforms (LTM, GTM/DNS, ASM, APM as applicable)
- Perform L3 troubleshooting for application delivery, load balancing, and firewall‑related issues

Requirements
- Strong hands‑on experience with F5 BIG‑IP modules
- Deep understanding of L4–L7 traffic flows, TCP/IP, and application delivery
- Ability to troubleshoot complex issues independently at an L3 level
- Experience working in remote/nearshore support models
