HELPLINE is a French company specializing in Digital Services (ESN) that has been accompanying IT and business departments since 1994 in their transformation projects around new uses and digital tools. We are looking for an Experienced Incident Manager to join one of our major client accounts based in Croix.

Requirements

  • 3 years of successful and confirmed experience with crisis management and complex problem-solving on the Incident Manager position
  • Master of ITIL best practices reference
  • Excel and reporting and analysis tool proficiency
  • Good written expression
  • English written and oral proficiency
