Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience
- Shipping AI at scale
- Proficient in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack
- Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and technical rigor required to moderate it effectively
- Intuition for Alignment: understanding of prompt conditioning, temperature, and sampling effects on LLMs
- Doer Mindset: value velocity and can distinguish between 'perfect' academic solutions and 'shippable' production solutions
