This is a role for a builder who can write production code, define alignment strategy, and ship features used by millions of users globally.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
- Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and comfortable with the modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines, eval frameworks)
- Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and comfort working with NSFW content
- Intuition for Alignment and understanding of the physics of LLMs
- Doer Mindset and ability to distinguish between a 'perfect' academic solution and a 'shippable' production solution
