We're looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, training, and deployment of our LLM team, with the goal of shipping features used by millions of users globally.
Requirements
- 8+ years of engineering experience with a significant portion dedicated to shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
- Deep technical knowledge of Python/PyTorch and the modern LLM stack (vLLM, HuggingFace, fine-tuning pipelines, eval frameworks)
- Understanding of the 'Uncensored' challenge and experience working with NSFW content
- Intuition for alignment and understanding of the physics of LLMs
- Doer mindset with a focus on velocity and a willingness to make trade-offs between perfect solutions and shippable production solutions
