They are looking for a Tech Lead to own the architecture, training, and deployment of the models that power their core product. The role requires a builder who can write production code, define alignment strategy, and ship features used by millions of users globally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Deep technical knowledge of Python/PyTorch and the modern LLM stack
• Understanding of the 'uncensored' challenge and ability to moderate NSFW content effectively
• Intuition for alignment and ability to understand the physics of LLMs
• Doer mindset and ability to distinguish between a 'perfect' academic solution and a 'shippable' production solution
• Owner mindset and ability to obsess over metrics, regressions, and the user experience
