Requirements

• 8+ years of engineering experience
• Significant experience shipping ML/LLM features to millions of active users
• Proficiency in Python/PyTorch and modern LLM stack
• Understanding of alignment and moderation in uncensored environments
• Ability to work with NSFW content and moderate it effectively
