Project Manager

We currently have a vacancy for a Project Manager fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert remotely. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated with the Development team of the company that will closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team on site.

Your tasks

• Carry out project management related tasks such as project planning, risk management, issue management, coordination, manage deliverables and report to hierarchy on the progress made;
• Assist in defining and implementing indicators to measure the progress done by the Organization across the different areas the team is responsible for;
• Produce presentations, reports and speak in public if needed;
• Identify and manage different stakeholders as well as provide effective leadership for the project team ensuring that team members are motivated.

Requirements

• University degree in IT combined with relevant IT professional experience of 13 years;
• Experience with Project Management Standards and Methodologies (e.g. Agile methodology, Scrum Management, Lean agile);
• Experience with open source concepts and tools is required;
• Experience with Stakeholder Management;
• Excellent knowledge of project management tools e.g. MS Project, Microsoft Excel;
• Certification in a project management methodology;
• Excellent command of the English language.
