Scope of services:

• Designing and developing a greenfield mobile application using React Native

• Implementing full feature parity with the existing web platform

• Establishing mobile architecture, patterns, and best practices for the codebase

• Making independent architectural decisions (state management, navigation, offline support)

• Integrating RESTful APIs and collaborating closely with backend teams

• Optimizing mobile performance across iOS and Android

• Building, maintaining, and improving CI/CD pipelines for mobile delivery

• Supporting production builds and resolving issues when needed

• Leveraging AI coding tools to accelerate development and maintain quality

• Ensuring high code quality through reviews, testing, and clean architecture

• Working in a fast-paced environment with quick ramp-up expectations

• Maintaining transparent communication with stakeholders

Here’s a set of skills we require:

• Strong hands-on experience with React Native

• Deep understanding of mobile architecture and cross-platform challenges

• Solid knowledge of TypeScript

• Experience with state management (Redux, Zustand, MobX, or similar)

• Practical experience with CI/CD pipelines for mobile apps

• Strong experience integrating RESTful APIs

• Experience shipping production apps to App Store and Google Play

• Familiarity with AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or similar)

• Excellent communication skills and openness in decision-making

• Fast learner, able to become productive quickly

• Willingness to handle operational and support-related tasks

• Strong ownership mindset and ability to work independently

• English at C1 level or higher - daily communication

Nice to have experience with:

• Native development (Swift / Objective-C and/or Kotlin / Java)

• Mobile security best practices, encryption, biometric authentication

• Experience in banking / fintech / crypto domains

• Mobile analytics, monitoring, and crash reporting tools

• Experience mentoring junior developers through: code reviews, specification reviews, constructive feedback and knowledge sharing
