Our Advertising team is growing and we are actively seeking a new team member to join our dynamic group. We are actively seeking a seasoned Ad Operations Executive who will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth by demonstrating strong operational excellence and fostering relationships with sales, customers, partners and other stakeholders.

Our ideal candidate is poised to excel in this dynamic and rapidly evolving industry and company landscape, boasting a solid understanding of digital media. You will be responsible for creating and executing digital media campaigns, insights and yield optimization that align with client objectives, maximising the advertising impact and driving revenue growth.

What you’ll do:

Operations (90%)

  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to understand client objectives and develop effective digital campaign strategies
  • Ensure that campaigns align with client objectives, industry trends, and best practices
  • Be the key stakeholder to manage and maintain GAM (ad server) and exchange operations.
  • Own all the campaign management workflows (pre, mid and post ), right from inventory availability checks to post campaign analysis and case studies.
  • Utilise a variety of formats such as video pre-roll, mid roll, display, etc. to create comprehensive and bespoke campaign activations
  • Manage all programmatic activities i.e. PG, PD, PMP and Open Exchange
  • Produce detailed insights to identify opportunities for new ways to monetize our audiences and inventory
  • Partner with the account management team to build post sales workstreams and benchmarks
  • Effectively manage inventory to ensure we achieve the right balance between direct and indirect sales
  • Ensure ad server hygiene is maintained (setup, ad policies, guidelines), own new ad format implementation and best practices
  • Build various data views and analysis to help understand and grow the ad inventory adoption

Other (10%):

  • Work closely with sales, planning and account management to ensure campaigns meet performance goals and help build reporting
  • Help maintain the highest standards of hygiene within the CRM system (SFDC)
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify and make improvements to all operations procedures

Requirements

  • Proven experience in digital media operations on the publisher side, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in ad server systems (GAM)
  • Highly proficient and advanced knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Knowledge of digital media platforms, advertising technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to solve complex problems for our internal teams and customers
