We are seeking a Manager, Strategic Rebids & Operational Partnerships to lead the development, management, and successful execution of rebid and renewal efforts, ensuring APM maintains its competitive advantage and retains and grows long-term contracts.
Requirements
- Develop and implement a best-in-class rebid strategy and process focused on maximizing retention and growth of existing contracts and accounts.
- Proactively identify, track, and manage the complete lifecycle of all upcoming contract expirations and re-competition opportunities.
- Collaborate with Operations and SVP of Strategic Bidding and Sales Ops to gather critical client performance data, understand evolving client needs, and inform win strategies for rebids.
- Lead multi-disciplinary rebid teams through influence and expertise, coordinating efforts to craft highly tailored and compelling rebid proposals.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for rebids, conduct win/loss analysis, and implement lessons learned and debriefs to continually enhance rebid processes and improve win rates.
